The Labour Government's climate and energy policy

Between April 2009 and April 2010 I wrote a series of newsletters to stakeholders on the progress of the last Government's climate and energy policy.  They are collected here as an archive to provide a record of that period.  They have not been edited, except for some minor formatting changes for the purposes of consistency.  Unfortunately many of the website references, particularly to UK Government publications, are no longer accessible.
